U.S.-Led Coalition to Pull Out of Iraq According to DOD Letter Sent to Iraqi MOD

In due deference to the sovereignty of the Republic of Iraq, and as requested by the Iraqi Parliament and the Prime Minister, CJTF-OIR will be repositioning forces.

ITNT – The United States-led military coalition that allegedly exist(s)(ed) to fight against ISIS wrote on Monday, in a letter to Iraq’s Ministry of Defense, that it was pulling out of Iraq and would be repositioning forces in the next days and weeks.

“Sir, in due deference to the sovereignty of the Republic of Iraq, and as requested by the Iraqi Parliament and the Prime Minister, CJTF-OIR will be repositioning forces over the course of the coming days and weeks to prepare for onward movement,” read the letter from United States Marine Corps Brigadier General William H. Seely III, the commanding general of Joint Task Force – Iraq.
